The Certifications / Inspections page is a popup viewer for individual certification and inspection records. It is not a primary navigation page. You open it from a report row, from an asset’s certification history, or by direct URL.
If no matching record is found, the page shows Certification Not Found.

The main browsing entry point is the Certifications and Inspections report list. From there, click any row to open the popup viewer.
The list view includes filters such as Item ID, Reference, Date Recorded, Type, Status, Last Cert, Cert Due, Last Insp, and Insp Due.
Assets can link into this viewer from the Certification/Inspection History area. Use the asset record to manage recurring certification or inspection requirements, then open individual history rows in this popup.
See Asset Management for the asset-side schedule and history setup.
If you already know the record identifier, these URL patterns are supported:
Inventory/certificationInspections.asp?ref=<rfidTag>Inventory/certificationInspections.asp?rec=<id>The page also accepts ?rn=<id> as an alternate record-id parameter.
When a record loads, the viewer shows these validated fields:

| Item ID | Item identifier |
| Description | Item description |
| Serial / RFID | Serial number or RFID reference |
| RPM / TL / Tmp | Technical values shown on the record |
| Employee | Employee tied to the record |
| Location / Department | Viewer field is present, but it currently renders blank |

| Note | Additional remarks |
Use Return to close the popup and go back to the list or asset screen you came from.
Click Print Page to open your browser’s print dialog.
This page prints the record as HTML shown on screen. It does not generate a separate certificate PDF or a branded print layout. If you need multiple copies, use your browser’s print settings.
The mobile app has a related Certify Item entry workflow for creating certification or inspection records in the field. That mobile screen is separate from this desktop viewer.
Use this page to review an existing record. Use the mobile screen to create or submit one.
