Page 1 - Start Cycle Count

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Cycle Count.
  2. Choose a Count Type from the dropdown.
  3. Tap Run Cycle Count.

The app advances to the Cycle Count page.

Page 2 - Cycle Count

The Cycle Count page has two tabs: Count and Review. A status bar between the tabs reads: “Record stock levels for items. Close the cycle count when done.”

Count Tab

Enter one count line at a time:

  1. Use Filter Item / Desc to search, or tap Scan in the footer to scan a barcode.
  2. Select an Item from the dropdown.
  3. Filter and select a Location.
  4. Enter Units counted.
  5. Enter Serial/Lot for serialized items.
  6. Enter Alt Serial if alternate serial tracking is enabled.
  7. Expand More Options if needed:
    • RFID - RFID tag identifier
    • UOM - Unit of measure override
  8. Tap Add to stage the line.

Repeat for each item/location combination.

Review Tab

The Review tab lists all staged count lines.

  • Use Filter Lines to search by item or location.

Offline Behavior

Cycle Count can continue when item and location data has already been cached, but full offline behavior depends on your configuration. Submit the count after connectivity is restored if needed.
