Deliveries

The Deliveries module lets you receive inbound packages, route them for delivery, and record final delivery or refusal. Drivers can also review a truck manifest before departure.

Access all delivery screens from the Deliveries menu.

Search Deliveries

Use Search Delivieries to look up any package in the system.

Status filter options: All Statuses, Received, Routed, Delivered, Returned, Canceled, Refused

Leave all fields blank and tap Search to see all packages.

  • Tap Scan to fill the Tracking Number field by scanning a barcode.

Tapping a result opens the package detail view, which shows the tracking number, status, reference, creation date, and transaction history. The detail view also includes Signature and Photo buttons if media has been captured for that package.

Receive Package

Use this screen to record a package when it arrives at your facility.

Tap Receive to save. A Tracking Number is required; the form will not submit without one.

Tap Scan to populate the Tracking Number by scanning a barcode. Tap Photo to attach a photo before saving.

Route / Return Package

Use Route Package to assign a received package to a delivery route, or to return it.

Select a Tracking Number from the list, then fill in destination details.

Route requires a Tracking Number and at least a Warehouse or Customer.

Return requires only a Tracking Number.

Deliver / Refuse Package

Use Deliver Package to record a completed delivery or mark a package as refused.

Deliver requires a Tracking Number and at least a Warehouse or Customer.

Truck Manifest

The Truck Manifest lists packages associated with a specific truck. Select a truck from the dropdown to load the manifest. Use the search box to filter the list.

Photos and Signatures

A Photo button is available on the Receive, Route, and Deliver screens. Photos are attached to the package record and can be reviewed later from the package detail view.

A Signature button appears on the package detail view. Whether a signature is captured during delivery depends on your site’s configuration.
