Pending Transactions

Pending TX is a staging queue for inventory operations collected during your mobile session. Lines accumulate here from inventory search, scanner operations, and other supported flows. Once the queue is ready, you process all items together using Move, Issue, or Transit.

ActionPath
Open via menuUtilities > Pending Transactions
Open via context panelTap Pending TX in the context panel
Clear without processingSettings > Clear Transactions

The menu entry is labeled Pending Transactions. The context panel shortcut and page title both use the abbreviated form Pending TX.

Viewing and Editing the Queue

The Pending TX page lists queued items and includes a Filter Transactions search box.

To edit a line:

  1. Tap an item to expand it.
  2. Update Units or Notes.
  3. Tap Save Changes to keep the edit.

To remove a single line, use the delete control on that line. Tap Cancel to abandon the current pending list instead of saving changes.

Processing Pending Items

The action buttons at the bottom of the page apply to the whole queue. Which buttons are visible depends on your permissions.

Move

Relocates all queued items to another location in the current warehouse.

  1. Tap Move.
  2. In Move Pending Items, select the destination location. Use the filter box if needed.
  3. Tap Move to confirm, Edit to return to the list, or Cancel to dismiss the popup.

Issue

Removes all queued items from inventory.

  1. Tap Issue.
  2. In Issue Pending Items, select an Adjustment Reason.
  3. Tap Issue to confirm, Edit to return to the list, or Cancel to dismiss the popup.

Transit

Sends all queued items to a location in another warehouse.

  1. Tap Transit.
  2. In Transit Items, select the destination warehouse and location.
  3. Tap Transit to confirm, Edit to return to the list, or Cancel to dismiss the popup.

Clearing the Queue

To discard the queue without processing it, go to Settings > Clear Transactions. This clears locally stored transaction work, including the pending queue.

Offline Use

Pending lines are stored locally on the device. You can build and edit the queue without a connection, then submit Move, Issue, or Transit when connectivity is available again.

Boundaries

  • Certify is conditional and not part of the standard visible Pending TX workflow in this build.
  • Move, Issue, and Transit buttons are permission-dependent and may not all appear for every user.
