Multi Pick List

Multi Pick List generates one consolidated pick-list PDF for multiple shipping orders in the same warehouse. Use it when the picker needs a single report for several active orders instead of opening each order one at a time.

How to Use Multi Pick List

  1. Open Orders -> Shipping -> Multi Pick List.
  2. Choose the warehouse you want to work in.
  3. In Active Orders (1 Month), select one or more orders.
  4. Click View.
  5. The system opens a popup and streams the Multi Pick PDF for the selected orders.

If you do not select any orders, the page shows an alert instead of opening the report.

What the Page Includes

  • A warehouse selector that filters the available order list.
  • A multi-select list of active orders.
  • A View button that launches the pick-list PDF.
  • A Cancel button that clears the form.

The order list is limited to active orders. By default it looks back one month, with a broader fallback when needed.

Important Limits

  • Multi Pick List is a report launcher, not a batch-processing screen.
  • The page does not confirm picks, manage shortages, or release orders for packing.
  • If selected orders span more than one warehouse, the report cannot be generated as one combined pick list.
  • If an order has no printable lines, the PDF cannot be produced for that selection.

After Printing the Pick List

Use the PDF to guide the warehouse pick, then return to the individual shipping orders to continue normal fulfillment work. Multi Pick List does not complete the orders by itself.

For the shipping-order lifecycle after picking, see Shipping Orders.
