System Reports

System reports cover system-administration and audit information: login activity, error logs, usage statistics, notification logs, approval chains, and data map reports. Access them from the Reports hub under the System category.

Note: This doc file is named admin-reports but the live category label is System. Use System when navigating the Type dropdown.

Opening a Report

  1. Go to Reports → Type: System.
  2. Select a report from the Report dropdown.
  3. Click Report to view, Print for print view, or Settings to configure filters.
  4. From the output page, use Filters to narrow rows, CSV or XLSX to export.
