Customer Reports

Customer reports cover customer lists, contact history, sales-by-customer views, inactive accounts, and support-related summaries. Open them from the Reports hub under the Customer category.

Opening a Report

  1. Go to ReportsType: Customer.
  2. Select a report from the Report dropdown.
  3. Click Report to open it, Print for print view, or Settings to open report setup.
  4. From the output page, use Filters to narrow rows, then use CSV or XLSX if you need an export.
