Issuing Reports

Issuing reports cover stock consumption, issue history, sales totals, negative adjustments, and hot movers. Access them from the Reports hub under the Issuing category.

Note: The live category label is Issuing, not “Issue”. Use Issuing when navigating the Type dropdown.

What You Can Do Here

• Review stock consumption and issue history
• Analyze sales totals, margins, and year-to-date trends
• Track negative adjustments and adjustment codes
• Identify hot movers and inventory consumption patterns

Available Reports

The Issuing category includes 16 reports:

Opening a Report

1. Go to Reports → Type: Issuing.
2. Select a report from the Report dropdown.
3. Click Report to view, Print for print view, or Settings to configure filters.
4. From the output page, use Filters to narrow rows, CSV or XLSX to export.
