Leasing Reports

Leasing reports cover equipment checkout, lease aging, lease history, lease slips, and leased stock valuation. Access them from the Reports hub under the Leasing category.

What You Can Do Here

• View current leased stock and aging
• Print lease slips for customer records
• Review lease history and returns
• Run valuation reports for leased inventory
• Track employee equipment checkouts

Available Reports

The Leasing category includes 7 reports:

Opening a Report

1. Go to Reports → Type: Leasing.
2. Select a report from the Report dropdown.
3. Click Report to view, Print for print view, or Settings to configure filters.
4. From the output page, use Filters to narrow rows, CSV or XLSX to export.
