Document Management lets you attach PDFs and office documents to a record through the shared PDF View window. This feature is only available on record types whose Edit Screen shows View PDF.
Access: Open a record in the Edit Screen, then click View PDF.
The document viewer opens in a separate PDF View window.
Common controls include:
If the record has no attached documents, the page shows an empty-state message in the pattern:

This document viewer does not handle the separate image-attachment system.
The upload is submitted immediately and the viewer refreshes back to the document view. There is no extra record Save step after the file upload.
Delete happens immediately. Signature-linked files are protected and do not use the normal delete path.
Folder controls are conditional. They only appear when the module is configured to use document folders.
