Built for the Production Floor

Inventory Pro Standard has been our core web-based product since 2002, refined through years of work with manufacturers and distributors. Version 5 is built around the workflows production teams actually use — BOM assembly, lot-controlled receiving, quality holds, and shipping dock fulfillment.

Out of the box, Inventory Pro supports BOM assembly and kitting, lot-controlled production, receiving dock operations, FIFO/FEFO picking, work order tracking, multi-warehouse distribution, and shipping dock fulfillment. Warehouses can run different operational modes — production, distribution, cold storage — within the same system.

In the Cloud or On Your Servers

Inventory Pro can be deployed in our managed Azure cloud environment or purchased as an on-premises perpetual license running on your own infrastructure. Many manufacturers need production data on-site for compliance, lot traceability, or network isolation — we support both options without feature compromise.

Cloud-hosted clients receive a dedicated, isolated instance -- your database is never shared with other clients. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+, and backups are encrypted with AES-256 across multiple geographic locations including off-platform and air-gapped copies. Administrative access to production systems requires strong authentication and is not exposed to the public internet.

We target 99% monthly uptime with a 4-hour recovery time objective and 1-hour recovery point objective. See our Architecture page for more detail on hosting, security, and backup infrastructure.
