This person handles day-to-day questions internally and serves as the consistent point of contact between your team and CISS. We only modify a system at the request of a key operator or known contact to prevent unauthorized access or changes.
Prefer hands-on training at your plant or DC? Our inventory specialist assesses your processes, maps them to the system, and recommends how to get the most from the application. We combine train-the-trainer, classroom, and on-the-job methods depending on what works best for your crew.
Remote training sessions are conducted over video conference and screen-sharing. We cover the same material as on-site training -- system navigation, transaction workflows, reporting, and admin configuration -- tailored to your team's roles. Sessions are scheduled in blocks and can be spread across multiple days to fit your staff's availability. Some remote training and onboarding is included with each purchase.
